Your personal data are collected in case you fill in and send us the Job Application form located in the Careers
section on the Website.
The personal data collected and processed by Himera Ideas through this Form are: names, company, telephone
number, e-mail address and (possibly) other personal data that you decided to include in the CV and cover
letter, attached to your request, as well as in the free text field of your request.
This data is processed by Himera Ideas for the purpose of reviewing your qualifications and responding to
your job application.
Your personal data, provided during the application process, will be processed by Himera Ideas to evaluate your
qualifications for potential employment, based on the necessity to take steps toward the potential conclusion of
an employment contract (Art. 6, Para. 1, letter b/ GDPR).
Your data will be stored for the duration of the selection procedure. If no contract is concluded, we may retain
your information for up to 6 months to potentially contact you for future opportunities (Art. 6, Para. 1, letter
f/ GDPR). If hired, we will retain your data for the duration of your employment and as required by law for
employment record storage (Art. 6, Para. 1, letter c/ GDPR).

In addition to the personal data indicated above as collected by Himera Ideas, the following data may
